Subscription Terms

These terms describe how the Stip subscription is priced, billed, renewed and cancelled. They supplement the Merchant Terms of Service.

1.Plans & pricing

Stip is billed per location at the price shown at checkout, excluding VAT. Applicable Dutch VAT is added on your invoice. Tier 2 (hardware bridge) includes a one-time setup fee as shown at signup.

2.Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your first 30 days are free; the first charge falls on the day the free period ends unless you cancel before then.

3.Renewal & changes

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice by e-mail; changes take effect at your next renewal.

4.Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the service stays active until then.

5.Non-payment

If a payment fails, Stripe retries under its dunning process. We may suspend the service if payment remains outstanding after those retries.

6.Taxes

Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are shown on your invoice and charged in addition.
