Subprocessor List

Stip uses the third-party providers below to deliver the service. Each processes data only as needed for its function and under appropriate data-processing terms. We update this list before adding a new subprocessor that handles personal data.
1.Supabase (database, auth, storage)
Primary application database, authentication and file storage. EU region. Stores receipt, tenant and account data.
2.Vercel (hosting & delivery)
Hosts and serves the web application and APIs, including edge delivery and logging.
3.Stripe (payments & billing)
Processes merchant subscription payments and billing. Stripe is the payment processor; Stip does not store card numbers.
4.Stripe Connect (guest payments)
Hosts venue onboarding, verifies the venue and its payout account, and processes guest share payments. Stip receives provider identifiers and status only, not card details, identity documents or IBAN.
5.Apple (Wallet passes)
Issues Apple Wallet passes when a guest saves a receipt. Pass delivery is handled by Apple on the guest's device.
6.Lightspeed (POS integration)
Where you connect Lightspeed, sales data flows from your POS to Stip to generate receipts, under your authorization.
7.Resend (transactional e-mail)
Sends transactional e-mails such as accounting-export deliveries. Processes recipient e-mail addresses only for delivery.
8.Sentry (error monitoring)
Collects application error and performance diagnostics to keep the service reliable. Configured to avoid capturing personal data.
