Pilot Agreement

1.Pilot scope & term

The pilot gives you early access to the Stip service at your venue in exchange for feedback. It runs for the agreed pilot period and either party may end it with two weeks' notice.

2.Pricing during the pilot

Pilot pricing is set out in your written pilot confirmation, which remains controlling if it states an earlier price. From this version there is one price: €25 per month per location excluding VAT, after 30 days free. There is no deposit, no device cost and no setup fee. The subscription is cancellable monthly. Stip dots are included, one per table.

The price is not a fixed-term commitment: Stip may change it on at least 30 days’ written notice. The subscription is cancellable monthly, so you can end it before any change takes effect.

3.Feedback

You agree to share reasonable, good-faith feedback on the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated learnings from the pilot to improve Stip; we will not publish your venue as a reference without your consent.

4.Expectations

The service is under active development during the pilot. Features may change and occasional issues are expected; we provide direct pilot support and aim to resolve them quickly.

5.Transition

At the end of the pilot you may move to a standard subscription on the then-current terms, or end the service and return any Stip-owned hardware.

6.What changed in this version

Version 5 (31 August 2026) replaces the whole pricing section. The €49 standard price and the €79 one-time setup fee for a bridge are withdrawn, and the two-tier structure goes with them: there is no standard anchor and no launch cohort to be in. What remains is a single price of €25 per month per location excluding VAT, with no deposit, no device cost and no setup fee. Dots remain included, one per table.

Version 4 (1 August 2026) removed a sentence that version 3 briefly carried: that if you agreed to a pilot while version 2 was published and understood the €25 to be locked for as long as you stayed, we would honour what you were shown. That sentence is withdrawn and Stip makes no such commitment. Version 3 stood for under an hour on the same day and was never deployed; it is recorded here so the history is complete.

Version 3 (1 August 2026) changed the pricing section. Version 2 (26 July 2026) said that the first 25 venues received the €25 launch price "locked while the subscription remains active", and that "the offer closes at 25 venues or 31 December 2026". Both of those statements are withdrawn.

We are recording these changes rather than quietly editing them, because they were statements about your price and a venue could have read them before signing.

What applies now: one price of €25 per month per location excluding VAT, with no deposit, no device cost and no setup fee. There is no launch cohort and no closing date, and any change comes with at least 30 days’ written notice as set out in section 2.
