Acceptable Use Policy

1.Permitted use

You may use Stip to issue digital receipts to your own guests at venues you operate, and to manage those receipts through the owner dashboard.

2.Prohibited conduct

You may not: place Stip dots at premises you do not control; use the service to issue fraudulent, misleading or non-genuine receipts; attempt to access another tenant's data; probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission; or resell or sublicense the service without agreement.

You may not use the service to process anything unlawful under Dutch or EU law, or to infringe the rights of others.

3.Fair use of integrations

Automated access to Stip APIs must stay within published rate limits. We may throttle or suspend access that threatens the stability of the service for other merchants.

4.Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this policy, and where required will report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
